Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account, your login methods, and activity that happens through your session. Suspended users may use the appeals flow but may not evade enforcement by creating replacement accounts.

The service uses AI-generated narration, character portraits, world art, and related outputs. AI content can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other material. You should review outputs before relying on them or publishing them as part of a world.

You must have the rights needed to upload, prompt, publish, or share content. You keep ownership of your original content, and you grant us the license needed to host it, run stories from it, translate it, moderate it, and show it in the product.

Worlds may be rated all-ages or mature. Mature worlds are available only to signed-in paid adults. Do not mislabel mature content, attempt to bypass age or paid gates, or use the product for illegal sexual content, exploitation, harassment, or real-world abuse.

Paid subscriptions, Nex balances, image generation, and premium model use may change as the MVP evolves. Prices, limits, included credits, and model availability can be updated prospectively. Refund handling is described on the product's refund policy surface when available.

We may use automated moderation, image safety checks, CSAM hash scanning, human review, reports, DMCA intake, and appeals to protect users and the service. We may hide, remove, restrict, or preserve content when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform operations.

This is an MVP service. Features may break, change, disappear, or be rate-limited. We may pause signups, story creation, turns, image generation, publishing, or other features during incidents or abuse.
