We collect account details such as email, username, password hash, date of birth, linked auth providers, subscription identifiers, settings, reports, appeals, stories, characters, worlds, prompts, generated outputs, uploaded media, Nex ledger entries, and operational logs needed to run the service.

We use data to authenticate users, run AI story sessions, generate and store images, process paid features, enforce mature-content access, moderate abuse, respond to copyright notices, debug incidents, prevent fraud, and improve product reliability.

Story, image, email, billing, auth, storage, and infrastructure data may pass through providers such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, Fal, Resend, Stripe, Cloudflare, Neon, and Vercel when needed to provide the service.

The product uses first-party operational analytics to understand reliability, safety, and usage. Non-essential analytics cookies or third-party tracking should be gated by cookie consent before they are enabled.

Signed-in users can use Download my data in settings to export a JSON copy of account, story, character, world, ledger, report, appeal, and media-key data. You can also delete your account from settings; some operational records may be retained in anonymized or set-null form for security, billing, legal, and reliability purposes.

We may retain moderation events, abuse reports, DMCA notices, payment records, security logs, and audit records when needed to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, or maintain platform integrity.
