Your Content and License

You keep ownership of original content you bring to the service. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate the product, run stories, provide previews, moderate abuse, and market the platform.

AI-Generated and Uploaded Assets

You are responsible for the prompts, references, uploads, and generated outputs you choose to publish. Do not submit content you cannot lawfully use. Generated assets may be reviewed by automated safety systems and by administrators before or after publication.

Promotional Use of Published Stories

When you publish creator content, including worlds, story premises, generated story text, characters, images, titles, descriptions, and public-facing metadata, you allow us to feature, excerpt, adapt, edit, record, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in promotional materials for the platform. This includes social media posts, short-form videos, trailers, advertisements, app-store materials, emails, creator spotlights, and paid or organic campaigns on services such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms.

We may select top, trending, notable, or otherwise useful published stories for promotion. Promotional use does not transfer ownership of your original content to us and does not create a right to payment, revenue share, ranking, or continued placement unless a separate written payout or sponsorship program says otherwise.

Platform-Edit and Moderation Rights

We may edit metadata, hide, remove, re-rate, restrict, or disable creator content to address safety, quality, technical, legal, payment, or policy issues. These platform-edit rights are meant to keep the service usable and compliant, not to take ownership of your original work.

Takedowns and Disputes

Copyright, trademark, privacy, safety, and abuse reports may result in takedown, age restriction, account action, or other review. If content is hidden or your account is suspended, the appeals flow is the first review path unless the issue requires a separate legal response.

Revenue Terms

Revenue share, creator payouts, promotional placement, and monetization features are placeholders until a separate written payout program is published. Publishing a world does not guarantee payment, traffic, ranking, or continued availability.

Creator Responsibilities

You must follow the Terms of Service, respect others' rights, avoid deceptive or harmful content, keep mature content correctly labeled, and cooperate with reasonable moderation and legal review requests.
